Events and project management

We plan, coordinate and manage public events, outdoor markets, and high street projects that enhance community engagement and local economies. Place Improvement & Project Management

Led various projects to enhance local areas, such as:

  • Installing super-fast broadband to the largest industrial area in South London, boosting connectivity and business growth.

  • Introducing digital screens along a High Street in Surrey to enhance communication and visibility for local businesses that benefitted from free advertisements.

  • Managing a large scale wayfinding signage project in London to improve navigation and accessibility for drivers, pedestrians, employees and visitors.

  • Coordinating the addition of a police patrol vehicle in London, privately funded, securing additional patrols to improve safety and security in key business areas.

  • Installing CCTV cameras across five business parks in Staffordshire.

  • Installing cycle racks and litter bins in Staffordshire, West Midlands and London.

  • Transforming neglected areas through planting, painting, and street naming to enhance town centre beauty in Staffordshire.

Marketing & Community Engagement

To raise the profile of local town centres:

  • Produced Food & Drink Guides, distributed to thousands of residential properties, promoting local businesses and fostering a sense of community.

  • Created a Professional Services Z-card to highlight key services and drive engagement within the business community.

  • Organised innovative trails, such as a Giant Easter Egg and Giant Nutcracker trail designed to attract footfall and engage families and visitors.

  • Developed online business directories to provide easy access to local services and enhance visibility for small businesses.

These initiatives have played a crucial role in enhancing the local economy, increasing footfall, and creating engaging, community-focused experiences that resonate with residents and visitors alike.
